The B350I Pro AC from MSI is a mid-range motherboard that comes with a few interesting features. This motherboard is the first MSI mini-ITX model compatible with AMD Ryzen CPUs. At a first glance the B350I Pro AC offers everything you need for your mini-ITX gaming system.


Curved gaming monitors

MSI has expanded its monitor lineup with three more models in two different sizes. All of the upcoming monitors feature an 1800R curvature on a VA LED panel, 144Hz refresh rate and AMD Freesync technology. Furthermore they all cover 110% of the sRGB color gamut.


With Air Boost cooler

AMD's Radeon RX Vega cards are still hard to find on retail shelves, but the situation could be improve soon due to the announcement of third-party designs. MSI has announced two Vega cards, the Radeon RX Vega 56 Air Boost 8G OC and the Radeon RX Vega 64 Air Boost 8G OC. Both cards sport a reference PCB with a blower-style cooler.


Soon available

MSI has expanded its monitor lineup with another model, featuring a 24-inch TN panel with 1920 x 1080 FullHD resolution. The grey-to-grey response time is 4ms and the refresh rate is 144Hz. Apart from that this monitor packs AMD FreeSync support.


Quite similar to the previous model

The Z370M Mortar from MSI is a mid-range motherboard that comes with a few interesting features. Compared to the previous model, which goes by the name Z270M Mortar, we see a similar color scheme, a reworked layout and a higher grade chipset.



For 100, 200, 300-series motherboards

MSI announced a BIOS update for its 100, 200, and 300-series Gaming and Pro motherboards that upgrades the Intel Trusted Execution Engine (TXE) to the 3.0 version. This update improve the security of your system and your BIOS.


Five models

With the new series, MSI offers five different custom air cooled GeForce GTX 1070 Ti cards. All the five cards have identical amount of memory and the same clock frequency as NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Founders Edition card.



Triple-fan cooler

With the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming Trio series, MSI announces two new graphics cards based on a custom PCB and a triple-fan cooler. This model should provide very good cooling performance and apart from that there is a new lighting system underneath the plastic shroud.

For content creators

The X399 SLI Plus is very similar to the more expensive Gaming Pro Carbon. The main difference between these two models regards the metal reinforcements and the number of PCIe x16 slots. While on the X399 Gaming Pro Carbon there are five PCIe x16 slots, on the X399 SLI Plus we find "only" four of them. This motherboard should become available by the end of October.


A little gem

Yesterday Intel launched their Coffee Lake desktop parts and meanwhile there are already a couple of impressive overclocking results on HWBOT. At the moment in the first place we find the chinese overclocker "Kovan Yang" who was able to achieve a monstrously high 7'405 MHz using the new Core i7-8700K CPU. Meanwhile also the well-known overclocker Roman "der8auer" Hartung has come across yet another gem hitting 7'300 MHz.


Even better looking

Compared to the previous model, which goes by the name Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon, we see a similar color scheme - as the name suggests - but a reworked layout and a new design for all the heatsinks. Although the design has been improved, we still see cheap plastic covers all over the motherboard.


First MSI X299 microATX model

With the X299M-A Pro, MSI introduces the first MSI X299 micro-ATX motherboard, which is only compatible with the Intel’s Core i5-7640X and i7-7740X. Like the name suggests, the X299M-A Pro doesn't belong to the vendor’s Gaming series.



A downgrade from the Gaming Pro Carbon

The X399 SLI Plus is very similar to the more expensive Gaming Pro Carbon. The main difference between these two models regards the metal reinforcements and the number of PCIe x16 slots. While on the X399 Gaming Pro Carbon there are five PCIe x16 slots, on the upcoming X399 SLI Plus we find "only" four of them. This motherboard should soon be available at an attractive price point.


Another high-end AM4 motherboard

The X370 Gaming M7 ACK from MSI is a high-end motherboard that comes with a few interesting features. Compared to X370 XPower Gaming Titanium, the Gaming M7 ACK should be a bit cheaper but still pack a bunch of features. At a first glance the X370 Gaming M7 ACK looks very similar to the Intel Z270 version with the same naming.

Same design as Z270 series

Earlier this week Intel has announced their Coffee Lake series of processors and next week the processors alongside with the motherboards should become available. Following Gigabyte, MSI now also unveils more informations on their motherboards. As we’ve mentioned several times already, the Z370 motherboards appear to be very similar to the Z270 models.



Nine models

Intel's Z370 platform is right around the corner and during the upcoming weeks vendors might launch quite a few new products. Thanks to Videocardz, we can already have a glance at MSI's Z370 series of motherboards. So far the lineup includes nine models but we believe that we will see more motherboards, such as a mini-ITX board a Titanium version.


Improved design

Thanks to yet another leak on Videocardz, there are more details on upcoming MSI Z370 motherboards. This time we will have a look to the Z370I Gaming Pro Carbon AC which looks a bit different to the Z270I Gaming Pro Carbon AC. According to latest rumors, Intel is planning to release their new Coffee Lake series of CPUs alongside the Z370 chipset during the next few weeks.


Triple-fan cooler

It looks like MSI is working on a new Gaming X card, which makes use of a triple-fan cooler. The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X Trio features a custom PCB and a custom cooler. This model should provide very good cooling performance. Apart from that there should be a new lighting system below the plastic shroud.
